house one, The Fremantle House, $1575 pw as of the 1st jan 2026, The Fremantle House has availability from the 8th may until 5th dec 2026 and then from the 8th mar 2027 onwards, 28 night minimum stay This is an STRA registered property
house two, The Fremantle Sabbatical Retreat, $1400 pw, is available from the 7th of jan until the 5th of may 2026 and then from the 8th mar 2027 onwards, 90 night minimum stay. Please note Freo Sabbatical Retreat is for two adults, not suitable for children.
advertised base rates are for 2 persons, extra adults $35pn each for the duration of the booking and children/infants at $25pn each for the duration of the booking
the house is fully self-contained, beds and rooms are prepared according to number of guests booked. We do not accomodate pets without prior arrangement or charge GST
