all advertised base rates are for 2 persons, extra adults $30pn each for the duration of the booking and children/infants at $20pn each for the duration of the booking
the house is fully self-contained, beds and rooms are prepared according to number of guests booked. basic pantry and toiletries are supplied for an easy arrival.
there is a cleaning fee of $100 per stay applied to bookings less than 7 nights. we do not charge GST
