high season: 21st nov 2025 - 30th april 2026 min 28 night stay, $1800 per week
low season: 1st may 2026. sun- thurs, fri- sat, min 28 night stay, $1500 per week
all advertised base rates are for 2 persons, extra adults $35pn each for the duration of the booking and children/infants at $25pn each for the duration of the booking
the house is fully self-contained, beds and rooms are prepared according to number of guests booked. We do not accomodate pets without prior arrangement
there is a cleaning fee of $150 per stay, we do not charge GST
